Lea is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Transfusion Safety Officer at Texas Children’s Hospital (Houston, TX, United States), an instructor at Baylor College of Medicine, and previously served as a Pediatric NP in the Lung Transplant at Texas Children’s Hospital. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emory University and a Masters of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She is currently a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing candidate at Texas Woman’s University. Nicole is passionate about finding solutions to meeting patient needs.
